Purchase & payment
What purchase options do you offer?
Two options: Order & Ship (we handle packing + transport) or In‑person Purchase in our showroom to see the piece first.
Why is a deposit required to reserve a piece?
Each item is unique. The deposit holds it while we prepare packing, invoice and transport.
How do payments work for home delivery?
Two plans: 60% deposit (5% discount) or 20% deposit (standard). Balance due no later than 14 days after delivery.
What if I buy in person at your showroom?
Dedicated appointment, inspect the piece, pay on site or arrange shipping after your visit.
Shipping & guarantees
How is shipping handled?
Custom packing (reinforced box, foam, protected corners), suitable carrier, tracking shared at dispatch.
Do I pay anything on delivery day?
Payment is completed before dispatch. Local fees (customs, taxes) may apply depending on destination.
What guarantee do you provide on your pieces?
Accurate description, HD photos. If transport issue: loss = full refund; damage = refund or goodwill gesture as appropriate.
What if I exceed the pickup or response deadline?
Without pickup/response, the piece may be relisted. We always notify you first to choose the best option together.
